The small print

• We use your photos only to make your order. We never share them or post them without asking you.
• Your photos and files are deleted within 30 days after delivery, or sooner if you ask.
• Please only send photos you're allowed to share. For photos of children, we need a parent's OK.
• We make your pictures and videos with care, using AI tools. They are a storybook version of your photo, not an exact copy.
• You'll see a preview first, up to 3 versions. Changed your mind before you approve one? Full refund.
• After you approve, we can't refund, but we'll fix any technical problem once for free.
• Your Own Story includes one small change. Bigger changes may need a new quote.
• Everything is digital: MP4 videos and PDF coloring pages, for you and your family to enjoy and share.
• Prices are in US dollars (US$).
